Dive into a collection where spoken word meets silent reflection. My work explores the intersections of ancestry, resilience, and the quiet beauty of the everyday through evocative imagery and rhythmic precision.

The Poetic Pulse

Insightful
Reflections
in
Verse

Jacqueline Rose is an aspiring poet with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles. Her prose encourages readers to educate themselves to improve their lives and opportunities, stay strong, and recognize the rewards of authenticity. Rose’s work weaves global awareness with cultural inclusivity within family-centered narratives, fostering intergenerational dialogue grounded in oral traditions and lived experiences.

Rose is happily married, has been married for 35+ years, and is the mother of two wonderful daughters. After a career in academia and public relations, Rose is fulfilling a lifelong dream: completing her educational goals, writing poetry and creative nonfiction, and creating artistic photography.

Through participation in literary programs, workshops, and retreats, she continually expands her craft, deepens her creative practice, and refines her skills as a writer. Recent activities for Rose include Season 22  of the Writer to Writer program with the Association of Writers & Writing Programs and the 2026 Scribente Maternum Writing Retreat.

“I hope to embody the hope, resilience, and integrity reflected in more than 35 years of marriage and community advocacy, offering encouragement to my daughters, former students, and anyone who dares to embrace the word

“try” in pursuit of their goals.”
